Meta will launch virtual/augmented reality devices in October

Speaking on The Joe Rogan Experience podcast, the world's biggest Metaverse supporter, Meta founder Mark Zuckerberg, revealed some details about Facebook's virtual and augmented reality hardware.

The next generation of virtual reality devices will be released in October, Zuckerberg notes, and you'll have better speechless communication like maintaining proper eye contact between Metaverse avatars.

It is worth noting that Meta also has smart glasses made in partnership with Ray-Ban.

It looks like the Meta will face stiff competition with the upcoming VR2 from PlayStation as well as Apple's own virtual/augmented reality glasses which may be released as early as next year.
