Samsung's new versions of smart watches are available in three models, the Galaxy Watch5 comes in 40 and 44 mm sizes, while the Watch5 Pro smartwatch launches in only 45 mm.

These are the first versions of Samsung with a “Sapphire Crystal” screen, which is characterized by a higher resistance against scratching by 60%, and the watches support 5ATM water resistance, and support IP68 standards as well as MIL-STD-810H.

The 40 mm model also has dimensions of 39.3 by 40.4 by 9.8 mm, a weight of 28.7 grams, and a 1.2-inch screen size, with a display resolution of 396 by 396 pixels.

While the distinguished model comes in size 44 mm, dimensions 43.3 by 44.4 by 9.8 mm, and weight 33.5 grams, while the Watch5 Pro version comes with a size of 45 mm, dimensions 45.4 by 45.4 by 10.5 mm, and weight 46.5 grams, that the two models come with a screen size of 1.4 inches, with a display resolution of 450 at 450 pixels.

The three versions also come with an Always On display pattern, but the rotatable bezel is absent from the Galaxy Watch5 and Watch5 Pro design.

The three versions of the smart watch support the Exynos W920 processor chip, 1.5 GB of RAM, 16 GB of storage, and One UI Watch 4.5 interface.

Samsung also offers the Pro version only with the feature of pre-setting a path in the GPX file, where the user is allowed to record his own path, and share the flight path with friends, and the user will also get the voice guidance feature to return the user to the specified path again when moving away, and also supports the “Track Back” feature. The user returns to the starting point again.

It will also be possible to work on the smart watch via Google Maps without the need to connect to the phone, as the smart watch includes GPS, GLONASS, Galileo and BeiDou receivers, with a compass, barometer, temperature sensor, accelerometer, and gyroscope sensors.

There is also an optional LTE networking feature, and the watches support Bluetooth 5.2, Wi-Fi 5 a/b/g/n, and NFC, and smart watches also now support SoundCloud and Deezer applications.

The smart watch also supports heart rate monitoring and electrocardiography, with a Bioelectrical Impedance (BIA) sensor to analyze weight, fat percentage, and muscle to support the user with suggestions, and smart watches will support the user with suggestions about fluids he needs after intense exercise.

Samsung has also redesigned the user's sleep tracking interface, which now comes with a clear and smooth design to realize all the data collected during sleep, and the user will also have lists to track sleep during a week or a month with reports to find out how to prepare the place for better sleep.

The Galaxy Watch5 watches are available for pre-order today, and will be available starting August 26. The premium 40mm model comes at $280 for the Bluetooth model and $330 for the LTE model. The watch is available in graphite, rose gold and silver colors, and the 44mm model comes in graphite, silver and sapphire colors.

The Watch5 Pro model also comes with a starting price of $ 450 for the Bluetooth model, and $ 500 for the LTE model, and the watch is available in titanium black and titanium gray.
